Airnova Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Airnova Referral Program is provided by BluePeak DEV LLC ("Airnova," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). It allows eligible Airnova users to invite new users and, subject to these Terms, allows the referrer and referred user to receive Airnova reward balance.
These Terms form part of the Airnova Terms of Service. By sharing or using a referral code, accepting a reward, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Referrer: an eligible existing Airnova user who shares a valid referral code or link.
- Referred user: a new eligible user who registers through that code or link.
- Reward balance: promotional Airnova account value that may be used only as displayed by the Platform and is not cash, stored value, a bank deposit, or a transferable payment instrument.
- Qualifying order: an order satisfying the displayed minimum payment, product, payment, delivery, fraud, refund, and other Program conditions.
2. Eligibility
A Referrer must have a valid Airnova account in good standing. A Referred user must be genuinely new, register through a valid referral method, and not already have an Airnova account or another valid attribution. Participants must have legal capacity and may be required to complete identity, account, device, payment, or anti-fraud verification. The Program may not be available in every country, region, account type, or sales channel.
3. How Referrals Work
The Referred user must register through the Referrer's valid code or link in the manner required by the Platform. A user may generally be associated with only one referral, distributor, or other promotional attribution. Referral attribution cannot ordinarily be added, replaced, or transferred after registration because of an omitted or incorrect code, an existing account, or a conflicting valid attribution.
4. Referred-User Registration Reward
Under the current standard Program, an eligible Referred user receives USD 2.00 in Airnova reward balance after successful registration and satisfaction of applicable verification and risk controls. The reward is promotional, non-withdrawable, non-transferable, non-saleable, and usable only for eligible Airnova purchases under the balance and checkout rules displayed by the Platform.
5. Referrer Purchase Reward
Under the current standard Program, the Referrer receives USD 2.00 in Airnova reward balance after the Referred user completes the first qualifying purchase and the order satisfies payment, delivery, minimum net-payment, refund, chargeback, fraud, and any applicable confirmation-period conditions. Only one standard first-purchase reward is available for each valid Referred user unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
6. Reward Amounts and Campaign Rules
Current standard rewards are USD 2.00 for the Referred user's registration and USD 2.00 for the Referrer's qualifying purchase reward. Airnova may run time-limited, regional, product-specific, or account-specific campaigns with different amounts, thresholds, validity periods, or conditions. Clearly displayed campaign rules control where they differ from these Terms. Future reward standards may change prospectively, but a valid reward already confirmed and issued will not be cancelled solely because the standard later changes.
7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Adjustments
If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, or invalid before reward confirmation, the pending reward may be cancelled. If an error or invalid transaction is discovered after issue, Airnova may freeze, reverse, or correct the reward after reasonable review. A refund for an order paid partly with reward balance follows the original payment composition and the Refund Policy; non-withdrawable reward balance does not become cash because of a refund.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Participants must not create or control multiple accounts for repeated rewards; self-refer; manufacture referral relationships; use false, stolen, or unauthorized identities, emails, devices, or payment methods; create fake orders; engage in cash-out, resale, malicious refunds, or chargebacks; automate registration or code entry; impersonate Airnova or BluePeak DEV LLC; make false or unauthorized claims; send spam or harassment; violate privacy or advertising law; or otherwise evade Program restrictions.
9. Review and Participation Restrictions
Where Airnova reasonably suspects a violation, it may delay or hold rewards, request additional verification, cancel affected rewards, restrict Program participation, or take action under the Terms of Service. Serious fraud or unlawful activity may result in account suspension or termination and may be reported to payment providers or authorities. Normal sharing and a high number of genuine referrals do not alone establish abuse. Participants may request review through support.
10. Taxes and Participation Costs
Participants are responsible for network, device, and other participation costs and for determining any tax-reporting or payment obligation arising from rewards, except where Airnova is legally required to withhold, report, or provide information.
11. Program Changes, Suspension, and Termination
Airnova may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program for legal, fraud, operational, or commercial reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the application, website, email, or another reasonable channel with an applicable date. Except where required by law or caused by fraud, invalid activity, or system error, Program changes will not arbitrarily cancel valid rewards already confirmed and issued.
12. Privacy
Referral account, attribution, transaction, device, and risk information is processed under the Airnova Privacy Policy. A Referrer will receive only limited information reasonably necessary to show referral progress and will not receive the Referred user's password, payment credentials, detailed order information, or other unnecessary personal information.
13. General Terms
The Referral Program does not create employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, franchise, or representative authority between a participant and BluePeak DEV LLC. A participant may not bind Airnova, make warranties for Airnova, or contract with third parties on its behalf. Matters not addressed here are governed by the Airnova Terms of Service and applicable published rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
