An eSIM is a digital SIM profile installed on a compatible phone. It lets you add an Airnova data plan without replacing your physical SIM card.

Install it before departure while you have reliable Wi-Fi. Check the activation rule shown with your plan, and avoid selecting the Airnova line for mobile data until you are ready to use it at your destination.

Look for “Add eSIM” or “Add mobile plan” in cellular settings and confirm that the phone is carrier-unlocked. Support depends on the exact model and sales region; many phones made for Mainland China do not include eSIM support.

Connect to Wi-Fi, then open Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. Scan the Airnova QR code and follow the prompts. Keep the new line turned off for mobile data until you need it.

Connect to Wi-Fi and open Settings → Network & Internet or Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. Scan the Airnova QR code or enter the supplied activation details. Menu names differ by manufacturer.

Most eSIM QR codes can be installed only once. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support asks you to. If installation did not complete, contact support with the order number and the exact error message.

Confirm the Airnova line is enabled and selected for mobile data, turn on data roaming for that eSIM, keep network selection on Automatic, and toggle airplane mode or restart the phone. If the plan provides APN instructions, enter them exactly as shown.

Yes. Keep your primary SIM enabled for calls and messages and select Airnova for mobile data. To reduce roaming charges from your home carrier, disable cellular-data switching and review your primary SIM’s roaming settings.

Open My eSIMs in your Airnova account and select the relevant eSIM. Usage reporting can be delayed by the local network. A top-up option appears only when it is supported for that eSIM; otherwise, purchase a new plan.

Sign in with the account used at checkout, open Orders, and select the order. The order page shows payment status and, after delivery, the associated eSIM installation information.

Refund eligibility depends on the reason, payment status, and whether the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used. Review the Airnova Refund Policy, then contact support with your order number. Do not delete the eSIM while the request is being reviewed.
