Airnova Account Deletion Request

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This page explains how users of the Airnova app and website can request deletion of their account and personal data. Airnova is operated by BluePeak DEV LLC.

How to request account deletion

Submit the form on this page. Signed-in users only need to provide a reason; guests provide their nickname, account email and reason. You can also send a deletion request from your registered email to contact@airnova.app. For an email request, include:

  1. Your Airnova account email address;
  2. Your nickname or other information reasonably needed to verify the account; and
  3. A clear statement that you want your Airnova account and associated personal data deleted.

For account security, Airnova may ask for reasonable additional information to verify that the request was made by the account holder. Do not send your password, one-time passcodes, full payment-card number, or card security code by email.

What happens after you submit a request

  1. Our support team will acknowledge the request and verify the account holder's identity.
  2. We will review the account for pending orders, active service fulfillment, refundable user-funded top-up amounts, refunds, chargebacks, platform balance used for Airnova purchases, and other transactions that must be completed or reconciled before final deletion. Promotional or referral reward credits are not refundable. Airnova does not offer user-to-user transfers or cash withdrawals.
  3. If a pending order or refundable amount requires action, support will explain the required next step. A request is not rejected solely because a transaction is pending; final deletion may be completed after the transaction is resolved.
  4. After verification and resolution of any required transaction matters, Airnova will complete account-data deletion within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted or de-identified

Subject to the retention exceptions below, we will delete or de-identify:

  • account profile information, such as nickname and profile settings;
  • login, authentication, session, and security data associated with the account;
  • account-level eSIM management information and installation records that are no longer needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, or legal compliance;
  • platform-balance, referral, and distributor-program account data that is not required to be retained by law;
  • customer-support requests and communications that are not required for a legal, security, or dispute record; and
  • optional preferences, marketing settings, and other personal data associated only with the deleted account.

Deletion may be permanent. After deletion, you may lose access to your account, eSIM management information, order history, platform balance or promotional credits, receipts, and other account features. Any refundable user-funded top-up amount should be requested before deletion is completed; promotional, referral, and other reward credits are not refundable. Platform balance is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any eSIM that has already been installed or activated may continue to follow its product validity and service rules, but the related account data will be deleted or de-identified when the retention exceptions no longer apply.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited information when necessary for the following purposes:

  • Issued invoices and tax records: If you requested or received an invoice, the invoice, billing, and tax records will not be deleted immediately. They will be retained until the end of the next applicable tax period and deleted within 30 days after that period ends, unless applicable tax, accounting, anti-fraud, payment, or other law requires a longer retention period.
  • Payment and transaction records: Payment, top-up, order, refund, chargeback, accounting, and audit records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Pending transactions and service records: Records needed to complete an order, provide an already-purchased service, process a refund, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud may be retained until that matter is resolved and for any legally required period.
  • Legal and security records: A limited record of the deletion request, identity verification, abuse prevention, security incidents, or legal holds may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required. Such records are restricted and are not used to restore the deleted account for ordinary use.

When a retention period ends, the retained information will be deleted or irreversibly de-identified, unless another legal obligation or active dispute requires continued retention.
