The visitor region is inferred from network information and may be inaccurate, including when a VPN, proxy, roaming connection, or corporate network is used. Airnova does not use this signal as proof of your nationality, residence, or device model.

Many Mainland China-market phones do not support eSIM

Many phones manufactured or sold for the Mainland China market do not include usable eSIM functionality. However, compatibility depends on the exact model, model number, sales region, software, and carrier-lock status. Some devices purchased outside Mainland China or specific supported models may be compatible.

Before purchasing, please verify all of the following

• Your exact device model and model number support eSIM—not only the general product family name.
• The device was sold for a region where eSIM functionality is enabled.
• The device is not carrier-locked and can add a mobile plan or eSIM in system settings.
• The Airnova product supports your destination, travel dates, and intended device.

Purchase acknowledgment

By continuing to purchase, you acknowledge that you are responsible for checking device compatibility before payment. A device that does not support eSIM cannot install or use an Airnova eSIM. Refund eligibility remains subject to the Airnova Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
