Airnova Privacy Policy
Version: 1.0
Last updated: August 13, 2026
Effective date: August 13, 2026
Airnova is operated by BluePeak DEV LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how Airnova ("Airnova," "we," "us," or "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile applications, eSIM products, accounts, orders, wallet, referral or distributor programs, customer support, and related services.
This Policy should be read together with the Airnova Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and any other rules that apply to the service you use. Where mandatory law provides rights that cannot be waived, that law will prevail.

Airnova is responsible for personal information processed in connection with the Platform. 2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
2.1 Account and identity information
Your name, email address, telephone number, account type, login credentials in encrypted or hashed form, authentication-provider identifiers, profile image, preferred language, country or region, and account security records.
2.2 Order, eSIM, and service information
Product and plan selections, order identifiers, prices, currencies, discounts, payment status, eSIM identifiers and installation status, activation status, supported destination, network and data-usage information, device labels you provide, and support or refund history.
2.3 Payment, wallet, tax, and invoice information
Payment method type, payment-processor references, transaction status, wallet balance and ledger entries, billing name, billing address, tax identification information, invoice details, and refund records. We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes; those are handled by authorized payment providers.
2.4 Device, technical, and usage information
IP address, browser and operating-system information, device model, app version, language and time-zone settings, diagnostic logs, crash reports, cookie or similar identifiers, session information, pages or features used, and approximate location inferred from IP address or network information.
2.5 Communications and support information
Messages, emails, support tickets, attachments, screenshots, call or chat records where legally permitted, survey responses, and information you provide when requesting technical support, refunds, privacy assistance, or account changes.
2.6 Referral, distributor, and business information
Referral codes and attribution, reward or commission records, organization and company details, business contact information, tax information, and documents reasonably required for compliance, fraud prevention, payment, or contractual administration.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Platform, from your device or browser, and from service providers and partners involved in authentication, payment, eSIM delivery, connectivity, fraud prevention, analytics, communications, and customer support.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- create, authenticate, secure, and manage accounts;
- display products, calculate quotes, process orders and payments, and deliver eSIM products;
- install, activate, manage, troubleshoot, top up, and monitor eSIM services;
- maintain wallet balances, rewards, referrals, distributor commissions, invoices, receipts, and refunds;
- provide customer support and communicate service, security, order, and policy notices;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, chargebacks, and other security threats;
- comply with accounting, tax, sanctions, consumer-protection, court-order, and other legal obligations;
- monitor reliability, diagnose errors, improve the Platform, and conduct aggregated or de-identified analytics; and
- send marketing communications where permitted by law and in accordance with your choices.
We do not sell complete payment-card information, passwords, authentication codes, or eSIM installation credentials.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect vital or legitimate interests, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud and secure the Platform, or because you have provided consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- authorized telecommunications, eSIM, and connectivity partners that provision or support your purchased service;
- payment processors, banks, wallet and fraud-prevention providers;
- cloud hosting, storage, analytics, communications, authentication, and customer-support vendors;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal or regulatory authorities;
- referral, distributor, or business partners where required to administer a program and permitted by applicable terms; and
- a successor or proposed successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business.
Service providers may use information only for contracted purposes and subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Airnova, BluePeak DEV LLC, or third parties.
7. International Transfers
Airnova serves travelers internationally. Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, transfer assessments, or other legally recognized mechanisms.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining transaction and accounting records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable law. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring, backups, and vendor controls. No system or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your password, authentication codes, eSIM QR codes, installation credentials, and devices, and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain marketing or data uses; or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Certain information may be retained or requests may be limited where necessary to comply with law, protect security, complete transactions, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims.
To exercise a privacy right, contact [email protected]. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization.
11. Account Closure and Deletion
You may request account closure through available account tools or customer support. Closing an account may disable access immediately, but some order, payment, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Active eSIM services, unresolved refunds, wallet balances, or legal obligations may need to be addressed before deletion is completed.
12. Communications and Notifications
We may send transactional or service communications necessary to operate your account, deliver purchases, provide security alerts, and communicate policy or service changes. Where marketing communications are used, you may unsubscribe through the message or your settings. Disabling marketing does not stop essential transactional or security notices.
13. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, performance, and analytics. Where required, non-essential technologies are used with consent. You may manage cookies through browser or device settings, although disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the Platform from working.
14. Children
The Platform is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing or enter into the applicable service agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children without legally valid authorization. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own terms and policies. Airnova is not responsible for a third party's independent processing, but we seek to work with providers that maintain appropriate safeguards.
16. Regional Disclosures
Users in certain jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights regarding access, deletion, correction, portability, consent, targeted advertising, profiling, or the disclosure of personal information. We will honor applicable mandatory rights. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, providers, technology, law, or business operations. We will publish the updated version and effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated Policy, except where consent is legally required.
