21-Metre-Level VIP Lounge

21-Metre-Level VIP Lounge is a landside domestic departure lounge in Terminal 2 at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, located before security on an elevated level above the main departures hall. The lounge provides a quieter pre-security waiting space with seating, refreshments, Wi-Fi, and a more comfortable setting before passengers continue through the airport process, including with an outdoor terrace area offering runway views. On airport signage, passengers may see the lounge area referred to as the Hourly Lounge or by the on-site 米居贵宾室 branding.

Landside - from the departures hall near the B/C check-in island area, follow signs for Hourly Lounge / 计时休息区 and take the escalator upstairs to the 21-metre level. Continue along the walkway to the lounge entrance signed 米居贵宾室 / V21N / V21S.
